Ingredients

  • 1kg lauki


  • 225 gm chini


  • 200 gm mawa


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • Badam 7-8


  • kaju 7-8


  • hara pista 8-10


  • kishmish 7-8


  • 2tsp rose water

Directions

  • Pehle lauki ko cheelkar acche se dho lein
  • Ab use 3-5 inch lambai mein mota kaat lein aur uske beej nikalker kaddu kas kar lein
  • Ab ek bade pan mein kaddukas ki lauki ko daalkar milaei
  • Ab 2 minute dhak kar pakaein. Jab lauki apna pani chod de us pani ko jalate hue chalayein
  • 5 minute pakane ke baad jab lauki halke se gal jaye tab usme chini mila dein.
  • Chini milane ke baad constantly halwe ko chalate hue chini ke pani ko sukha lein. Ab lauki puri tarah se pak chuki hai ab isme mawa dalker acche se milaein uper se kate hue dry fruits daal kar milaein.
  • Mawa ke bhun jaane tak ya 5 minute tak pakayein. Ab ise thanda kar lein. Jab thanda ho jaye tab usme elaichi powder or rose water milaker fridge mein thanda hone rakh dein . Uske baad sabke saath is lauki ke halwe ka maza uthaein
  • Note: rose water or elaichi powder thanda hone par hi milaein warna unki Khushboo udd jayegi.
